Basic self defense, striking, and movement
(Open to all levels and abilities, but must commit to all 4 classes since each class will build on previous — based on my Indonesian martial arts training - animal movements, basic strikes/combinations, beginner forms, it’ll be a workout (warmup, movement, strikes, forms, cool down)
