This 90-minute offering adopts an Eastern, seasonal lens, focusing on Winter's restoration of your physical & emotional body. This warming, experiential practice engages:
- your IQ to explore the kidney meridian, critical to sleep
- your EQ to explore how downshifting fortifies emotional health (Hello, holiday madness!)
- your KQ to embrace slow-moving meditation & self-massage
All winter practices are gathered on a visual to enable learners to infuse whole-person health at home.
Deep restoration concludes our practice with restorative savasana and/or complimentary acupuncture with Nick Dower (L.Ac.) with teas at our conclusion.
Rest: an Eastern antidote to your Western, holiday woes.
