Join Leah Margerum this Saturday for a special class on "Strengthening Your Yoga Practice". Saturday January 12th 12:30-2:00 Build strength and gain access to new depths in poses with this 1.5 hour class. Combining resistance bands, light hand weights and body weight movement, students are guided through a series of exercises to increase strength. Includes anatomy discussions to deepen understanding of how we move, what regions we should strengthen and the benefits of stability in poses. $15 drop in $12 for monthly members

class types

Yoga postures in a flowing sequence in coordination with breath.
Chair Yoga
Vinyasa flow modified for remaining seated or holding on to a chair.
Slow Flow
A gentle slower paced vinyasa flow.
Power Flow
Fast paced vinyasa flow with heat.
Restorative slow flow yoga with poses held for longer periods of time.
A very slow and relaxing class to end your week.
