COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update

WE MISS OUR STUDENTS!! We are still fully online and hope to reopen for in person classes soon. We are monitoring the rise in cases in the county and can't make the call right now. When we do reopen it will be limited class sizes with sanitation measures in place.

class types

Yoga postures in a flowing sequence in coordination with breath.
Chair Yoga
Vinyasa flow modified for remaining seated or holding on to a chair.
Slow Flow
A gentle slower paced vinyasa flow.
Power Flow
Fast paced vinyasa flow with heat.
Restorative slow flow yoga with poses held for longer periods of time.
A very slow and relaxing class to end your week.
