We are so excited to celebrate our 1st year with an anniversary party and open house. This Sunday from 1-3, join us for community, connection and celebration. This is a great way to see our space, meet our instructors and connect with neighbors and friends. We will have snacks and beverages as well as specials and giveaways.

class types

Yoga postures in a flowing sequence in coordination with breath.
Chair Yoga
Vinyasa flow modified for remaining seated or holding on to a chair.
Slow Flow
A gentle slower paced vinyasa flow.
Power Flow
Fast paced vinyasa flow with heat.
Restorative slow flow yoga with poses held for longer periods of time.
A very slow and relaxing class to end your week.
