COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update

We hope this finds you well if not a little stir crazy!! Willow will continue currently schedule of online classes through the end of July and are prepared to continue our online offerings for as long as needed. We offer 13 regular class times as well as occasional additions of Restorative and Yin. Please check schedule frequently for additions. Rates $50 unlimited online plus includes YouTube access, Class cards for $65 for 10 onlines, or $8 drop in rate. If you have any difficulties w signing up - please message us! Is there an idea you have for online class theme or anything you would like to specifically see? Please share with us!

UPDATE! TOO MUCH WIND AND LOOKS LIKE RAIN SO NOT TONIGHT :-( JOIN ME ONLINE I'm teaching online at 5:00 tonight. It's such a great day so I thought I could stream the class from outside at the studio. If anyone wants to come, you could pick parking lot or grass and we will socially distance. class types

Yoga postures in a flowing sequence in coordination with breath.
Chair Yoga
Vinyasa flow modified for remaining seated or holding on to a chair.
Slow Flow
A gentle slower paced vinyasa flow.
Power Flow
Fast paced vinyasa flow with heat.
Restorative slow flow yoga with poses held for longer periods of time.
A very slow and relaxing class to end your week.
